## Give each studio a clear way to enter.

### Register the studio and its dancers

Studios apply for access, then manage their dancer roster in their own workspace. Roster imports and date-of-birth information help keep participant details consistent across routines and age divisions.

### Prepare routines and music together

Build solo, duet, trio and group entries using the categories and rules configured for the event. Attach the dancers and music to each routine, and see whether music is missing, received, replaced or prepared.

### Review before submitting

Studios can prepare drafts, check routine details and review the event’s charges before submitting entries. Organizers review submissions and age exceptions, with itemized invoice information available for the event.

## Plan the competition and convention program.

### Bring routines and sessions into one plan

Organizers arrange competition sessions, breaks and convention activities in the event schedule. Running-order and itinerary planning help the team review what happens in each room and when participants are needed.

### Allow time for the people performing

Review routine order, session times and costume-change gaps while preparing the program. Publish the running order when the team is ready, with revisions tracked as plans change.

### Prepare the program for StageFlow

Check submitted routines and music before preparing the StageFlow handoff. The published running order, music information and supported award settings give the show team a consistent starting point for production.

## Keep the event’s follow-up organized.

### Review results and award information

Event-specific scoring and award settings support the StageFlow judging workflow. The team can review the returned results and prepared scorecards before releasing them through the event’s delivery process.

### Control when performance media is shared

StageFlow performance recordings can be uploaded privately for review. Approved performance videos can be released to registered dancer email addresses; commentary and scorecard sharing follow their own review and approval steps.

### Keep studios informed

Use the event workspace for registration follow-up, music reminders and published information. Schedules, reports and invoices give studios and the organizing team a reference as the event develops.
