## What affects the quote.

### Event production

Venue and audience size, event duration, sound and lighting requirements, LED displays, setup access, crew and on-site operation. Travel and venue logistics are reviewed as part of the scope.

### Studio installations

The number and layout of rooms, existing equipment, new speakers, lighting and screens, installation work, connections and the handover your team needs.

### Software and connected screens

The product you need, your event or studio workflow, the number of screens or locations where relevant, and the setup or support included in the proposal. Ask about Ready2Dance, StageFlow, StageCall or Stream Connect.
