The program determines the production workload. Send the event dates, session times, floor plan and expected attendance, along with the performances and announcements that need specific cues.
We use that information to discuss music coverage, microphones, floor lighting, video displays and the people needed to operate them. Recording and judging workflows can be included in the same plan.

Share the venue’s equipment list and AV requirements. We identify the equipment and connections that can be used, then specify the additions.
Competition floor & audience
A room plan helps us discuss speaker coverage, sightlines, lighting positions and where display content will be useful.
Participant & backstage information
Decide whether participants need live heats and schedules, personal backstage calls, or recording services. We select and configure the relevant AVIE software.

The proposal sets out the agreed equipment, crew, software and services. Event duration, venue requirements and production complexity determine the scope and price.
