We scope the operator computer, judges’ tablets, team devices, camera and audio connections, and music system around the event. The number of judges, the recording requirements, and the venue’s existing AV determine the final setup.

Is StageFlow only a software license?
Our offer can include the equipment and crew to set up and run the system at your event. We will propose a scope based on what you need.
Does it replace the MC or judging team?
No. It gives those people coordinated information and tools for their roles. Your team remains responsible for the show and judging decisions.
Can it work with existing venue equipment?
We assess the camera, audio, music, and network connections during planning and confirm what can be integrated before the event.
